Scarlett Vance is the Academy's gadget guru. Like Al Norman, Scarlett is prone to using anachronistic 70's expressions as well as caring a lot about her students. She's extremely inventive and always coming up with new spy technology that keep Delilah and Julius on top of their missions.
Scarlett is the Academy's electronic surveillance expert and supplier of high tech gadgets. If Al is like Mom to the kids, then Scarlett’s their dad. She’s got the brilliant gadgets, the cool exterior, and the tough yet warm attitude. She works with Al to train the students, to give inspiring pep talks, and to help run the academy.
